1. Always check the label

• Each garment has a label with symbols and instructions; it's essential to follow them, as they provide specific instructions for that fabric.
• Don't ignore this information: it's the most reliable reference.

2. Delicate washes and low temperatures

• Prefer delicate cycles in the washing machine, avoiding overly aggressive programs.
• Use moderate temperatures (e.g. ≤ 30°C) for more sensitive fabrics, such as wool or delicate blends.
• Avoid prolonged soaking: if necessary, do not exceed 5–10 minutes with cold water and gently stirring.
• When washing colored or appliquéd items, turn them inside out to protect the colors and surfaces.

3. Drying and ironing

• Avoid the dryer for most delicate fabrics: they can shrink, felt, or warp.
• Hang the garments out to air, preferably on a horizontal surface to avoid deformations (especially for wool and knitwear).
• Iron them inside out when possible and at low temperatures. Use a cloth between them if the fabric is delicate or shiny.

4. Garments with lining and double fabrics (e.g. jackets)

• For these garments, dry cleaning is almost always advisable , by going to a professional laundry.
• In any case, before proceeding, read the inside label carefully: if it says “dry clean” or “dry cleaning only”, it is important to follow these instructions.

For more complex repairs, your garments will be entrusted to the expert hands of our artisans Dina, Sabrina, and Giulia, who in their Veneto workshop take care of giving new life to each piece. After the treatment, your garment will be back at home in less than 20 days, ready to be worn again.

The cost varies between 10 and 30 euros, depending on the type of service requested.
