Right of Withdrawal and Product Exchange

Within 4 (four) days from the date of delivery of the order, the Customer has the right to:

  • request the exchange of the product for the same item in a different size and/or color; or

  • exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, without any penalty and without providing any reason (“Withdrawal”).
    In this case, the refund will be issued in the form of a gift voucher.

For the purpose of meeting the above deadline, the delivery date indicated by the courier’s tracking system available on the courier’s website shall be deemed valid.


Procedure for Exchange or Withdrawal

If the Customer wishes to request an exchange or exercise the right of withdrawal, they must notify ErreBi SAS in advance by:

  • sending an email to ecommerce@errebi.it, indicating the order number and the reason for withdrawal or the products to be exchanged.

Within the request email, the Customer may include any additional notes (for example, any defects found).

Returns are only available for orders that are already marked as delivered according to the courier’s tracking system.
The return or exchange form will be provided pre-filled by the Seller; the Customer must verify the accuracy of the information and ensure that the notification includes the correct order number and the items to be returned.


Return Authorization and Collection

After receiving the request, ErreBi Maglieria will review it and send an email to the Customer containing instructions on how to proceed with the return.
The request may be rejected if ErreBi Maglieria determines that the conditions for withdrawal or exchange are not met.

A collection date will be agreed upon with the Customer and must be strictly respected.


Conditions of Returned Products

Returned products must be sent back with all original labels, packaging, and accessories received with the order.

Products, labels, and accessories must show no signs of use, damage, scratches, or alterations (including being worn, washed, or ironed), and must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped by the Seller.

The purchase price will not be refunded for:

  • products from which the identification tag or composition labels have been removed or cut;

  • products that are used, incomplete (in particular missing parts or accessories), damaged, deteriorated, or soiled.

The Customer shall be considered solely responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling of the product.


Acceptance of Return

Once the Seller has verified compliance with the above requirements, the Customer will be notified of the acceptance of the return, and the Seller will proceed with the product exchange or refund, in accordance with the stated conditions.

Subject to prior authorization, the Customer may also return the product in person at the ErreBi Maglieria store located at Via Spangaro 23, Peseggia-Scorzè (VE), Italy.

If the Customer returns products that do not meet the conditions required for exchange or refund, the Seller will ship the products back to the Customer.

Following multiple withdrawals by the same Customer, the Seller reserves the right to decide whether to accept future orders from that Customer.
