Shipping policy

The ordered products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the order form, provided that it is located within Italian territory. Deliveries to P.O. boxes or care-of addresses will not be accepted.

Standard delivery times generally range from 4 to 8 business days from the date the Order is accepted by the Seller, depending on the destination.
In the event that payment is made by bank transfer, delivery times will begin from the date on which the Seller receives confirmation of the actual credit from the banking institution.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to force majeure, traffic or road conditions, or intervention by public authorities.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliveries will take place during the following hours: from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., on business days from Monday to Friday.

The first delivery attempt will be made without prior notice.
If the Customer is absent, the carrier will inform the Seller, who will contact the Customer at the telephone number provided in the Order to notify them of the shipment being held and to arrange the release of the delivery.
